Unless stated otherwise, orders will be shipped within 2 to 4 working days. If any products are out of stock, we will contact you to offer a delayed delivery or suggest alternative products of equal value. If neither option is acceptable, we will immediately reimburse any payments made.

If delivery is not possible due to a fault on your part, despite three delivery attempts, VITPHARMA may withdraw from the contract. In such cases, the value of the product will be refunded minus shipping and other costs incurred during the delivery and return attempts. If the incurred costs exceed the product's value, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees, if applicable. VITPHARMA will not issue refunds if the goods are not collected from customs.
